This page to contain articles that fall under the category of political commentary. Politics is about the people or it should be about the people. It touches all of life and determines the well being of society. Politics these days is too much about deceiving one group into a political alliance against another group. It is about seizing power and directing the wealth and laws determining that direction to certain segments. The battle lines are blurred by the false focus on cultural and social issues purposed by well organized, behind-the-scenes players, who design strategies and tactics aimed to keep the public divided over issues that can never truly be resolved in favor of one side or the other. The issues have ranged over the years from abortion, to sexuality, to immigration and race. Then there is the added gambit of playing on keeping a psychology of fear within the psyche of the collective public mind. These things and many more play a role in the outcome of elections, shaping public opinion and what happens from town hall meetings to Washington DC. This is the stuff of the political page.
