It easy to despair over a culture that seems so torn from it roots of a good society. American history has long been a reflection of the good and evil found within man himself. It is a mixture of love and hate, light and darkness as is life. It involves whether we have ears to hear or eyes to see. It is what emerges from the heart whether from the conscious or the unconscious. Consider the article by Mark Morford, not just the excerpt and ask: What do I see? What do I appreciate? Here we are people. The addiction to oil and the lack of resolve to move the world toward newer energy sources. We can’t stop drilling because it will be a job killer. We can’t stop drilling because it will kill the restoration projects that were caused by the drilling. We can’t stop the drilling in the Gulf of Mexico because it will kill BP’s ability to pay for the damage caused by their drilling.
So, do we kill the Earth with our drilling? What then?
We have become a pitiful people here in the USA. We are so much the slave to the BIG MULTI-NATIONAL COPORATIONS and their KINGS AND KINGDOMS that we can’t really even know true freedom and liberty anymore. Look at all the people fighting each other and over what. The media indoctrinates and the powers that be break the small man without their knowledge of the manipulation.

There is peril on the deep water horizon. Absolute peril if this kind of hubris is not placed in check. They keep building the monsters of the deep. Yes there are monsters of the deep, fire-breathing dragons that lurk around for more hydro carbons in the far reaches of the deep. Here is one called the Perdido. It is a $3
Billion dollar monster built to probe the ocean like never before in history. You see investments like that and you know that there is no intention of stopping the madness that threatens the human species. It is almost as if those really in charge are seeking ways to destroy.
“Our ability to manage risks hasn’t caught up with our ability to explore and produce in deep water,” said Edward C. Chow, a former industry executive who is now a senior fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. “The question now is, how are we going to protect against a blowout as well as all of the other associated risks offshore?”
Dangers do not directly increase with greater depth, according to experts like Mr. Chow. But they do rise as exploration and production rigs become more complex and more remote.
Addicts can’t stop filling themselves with drugs. They can’t stop drilling. They can’t stop drilling.

Oil Platform Explodes In The Gulf Of Mexico Off The Louisiana Coast
An offshore oil rig exploded in the Gulf of Mexico on Thursday, west of the site of the April blast that caused the massive oil spill.A commercial helicopter company reported the blast around 9:30 a.m. CDT Thursday, Coast Guard Petty Officer Casey Ranel said. Seven helicopters, two airplanes and four boats were en route to the site, about 80 miles south of Vermilion Bay along the central Louisiana coast.

The Drones Are Here!
Now the talk of drones flying the skies of the USA is over. The news today of drones scouting the USA border with Mexico from the clouds comes with strong reservations for some. It will be just a matter of time before all sorts of so-called security needs and “our
safety” will demand more drones. This should be ominous to us as more and more the state is bringing militaristic law and technology to the domestic affairs of the United States.
